Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, all shipments are fully insured. If your order sustains significant damage (90% to 100% damage) during transportation, please follow these steps:
1. Document the Damage – Take clear photos of the damaged items from several angles.
2. Contact The Courier Service – Report the damage to your local courier office, providing them with the airway bill number and the photos.
3. Inform Us – Send us the pictures of the damaged items, and we will coordinate the claim with our local courier office.
Additionally, please be aware that customs fees may be charged by your government through your local courier office. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
